FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you registered for either a staff annual or staff monthly pass, you will need to add coaches to this for them to be given access.

  1. Log in to your Glazier Drive account
  2. Select My Team from the top navigation bar
  3. Select the green View button
  4. Select Add Member on the left menu bar
  5. Enter the coach’s email address who you wish to add to your pass. You will need to select their role, either member or manager, depending on what permissions you want them to have
  6. An email will be sent to that coach, and they will need to register themselves through the provided link

 

To change your password, follow the below steps:

  1. You must be logged in to your Glazier Drive account to reset your password
  2. Select My Account from the top navigation bar
  3. Under the My Account menu on the left, select Account Details
  4. Enter your current password once, and your new password twice in the required fields
  5. Your new password must be at least a Medium strength

If you have lost or forgotten your password, follow the below steps:

  1. From the Glazier Drive sign in page, select Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address you registered with
  3. Select Request Reset Link
  4. Check your email inbox for the reset password email.
    • If this does not appear after a few minutes, there may be one of the below issues:
      • You typed in your email incorrectly. Go back to step 1 above, and verify the email address you are entering is correct
      • When you registered, you did so with a different email account. Look for the welcome email from your initial registration to verify you are using the correct email account
      • Your school, district or other email provider is blocking the reset password email. Be sure to check any junk or spam folders

 

If you continue to have issues, and do not receive the email, please contact our customer support to have your email reset.

Each system is designed for complete, end-to-end implementation and will give you everything you need to dominate your opponent. Plus, they are full of individual videos if you’re only looking to improve what you already do.

Below are tips on how to get the most from our Systems:

  • Access these by selecting Systems from the top navigation bar
  • Browse through and select a System that interests you
  • Scroll down to view what content is contained in your selected System
  • Select Expand All to view all pieces of content
  • To view a piece of content, simple click the title of the video
  • Once you have finished watching the video, select the green Mark Complete button to track your progress through the System

Our content library contains 700+ videos, with new content added almost every business day. 

 

Tips for searching the content library:

  • Navigate to the Library using the top navigation bar
  • Use the search bar to refine the content displayed for videos you are looking for
  • You can search terms, phrases, speaker names and more
  • Select a category from the right hand side to filter all videos in that category
  • You can further refine a search by selecting a category, then typing a search term
  • Be sure to reset categories when you are done before starting a new search

To set up or update your payment method:

 

  1. Select My Account from the top navigation bar
  2. Select Subscriptions from the left menu
  3. Select the green View button for the subscription you wish to update the payment method for
  4. Select the green Add or Change Payment Method button
  5. Enter your updated card details
  6. Click green Change Payment Method button once you’ve finished
  1. Select My Account from the top navigation bar
  2. Select from the below options from the left menu
    1. Account Details
      • From here you can change your first/last name, display name, email address and password
      • Change your password
        • Enter your current password once. When you registered, your password was automatically generated and emailed to you
        • Enter a new password twice. This must be at least a Medium strength or higher to be accepted
    2. Addresses
      • From here you can update your billing address
    3. Subscriptions
      • From here you can update payment method, renew your pass or cancel your account
