Under Center QB & RB resources

I am looking for some resources as far as teaching the QB and RB in the I formtion. My background is more in the spread/gun based offenses and I am looking to use more I formation/ single back under center formations this upcomming season. Just wanting to gain some more info on the finer mechanics of operating under center from a QB and RB standpoint.
