Tight end Trips (Tre) alignment

If you were to get a TE trips look to one side and a single wide rec. to the back side what adjustments if any would you make? Do you change the alignment of your OLB’s or your stacks? Also, what coverage would you typically play to this look (1/4,1/4, 1/2)? Thanks

Really depends what they RUN in that formation but we would likely run our Mini cover2 and run our Blood front.
