Coach Troxler….was a little confused how you split varsity practice between offense and defense. Do you have a defense emphasis day and an offense emphasis day or is the practice split in half each day? When or do you go 1 v 1 against the defense in your practice and how much live full contact do you do? Practice is one area I need to figure out for next year. Thought we did a terrible job with how the defense and offense split time. By the way I am the OC. Would you be willing to share your practice
