Do you set your front and backers to the formation when the ball is in the middle of the field or do you designate it by opponent tendencies?

I always adjust to personnel in the formation. But, with that being said I also adjust to film I have watched as well. I want to stay balanced and not get out numbered on one side or the other.

When we play a Field defense and the ball is between the Goal Post our defensive call is important. I would stay out of 52 because of the stress it puts on the week side. I believe that playing 51 is a fine call. If you are concerned about the man side run a zone pressure or get into move frontto provide you some balanced. We will not flip personell.
