Coach Ralph- For Inside Zone, does your tailback have an aiming point that you want him to begin on, or his he simply taking a lateral step and making his read?

He is aiming for the inside leg of the play side guard. We want it to be horizontal to get the defense to move. His footwork should literally mirror the OL if done properly but for him those steps should also keep him on his appropriate path to that play side guard.
