I am a RB coach, and this past summer I started having meetings after summer workouts relating to RB core values and our mission statement as a unit. How do you teach your players your core values and goals?

Every year I have a text message group with my position players. Also, during the quarantine, I did more facetiming and zoom meetings with my players.
